Port Rick - Naval Base

Once peace was made there was no longer a need for the warships, this town is centred around the military docks. There are three core districts, the factory district home to brick terrace houses and essential goods production to support warship maintenance. The residential district, housing ship crew and workers. Finally the financial district, originally home to ship captains but it has since expanded with the demand for luxury goods, it's centred around the docklands, plus the bank gardens.
