Formerly the industrial powerhouse of the new world, but it is now the cultural capital of the empire, home to 53,000 Artistas and 11,000 Obreros. The central island houses the largest hacienda homes where tourism is most prevelent, an old railway line cuts through the centre showing evidence of the islands former industrial significance. The raised plateaus house the island locals, while the harbour workers are housed near the docks and hangars. The luxurious villas reside beside the large museum, they feature spacious private gardens that only the wealthiest investors can afford.
