Nabira

The capital of Enbesa is home to 1,500 herders and 1,500 elders. Its only agricultural product is flax; everything else is dedicated to the final production, processing and refinement of luxury goods for export. The two social classes live in hermetically separated districts. The herders inhabit a symmetrical planned town in the steppe, having built a surprisingly green and carefully designed settlement with the limited means available to them. The elders, meanwhile, live in a lush, paradisiacal district filled with canals, gardens and retreats, gathered at the foot of King Ketema’s palace.
